By commissioning me, you agree with my Terms of Service. Please read carefully, as this apply to all my commissioned work.

Any instances of violation of my Terms of Service will result in immediate blacklisting and termination of commissioned work.

GENERAL

※ My commissions are for personal use only. Please do not resell or redistribute my work in any way, shape or form, without prior consent.

※ I am free to use my commission work for self promotion (online posting, portfolio work...).

※ I am free to decline a commission for any reason.

※ Do not use my art for anything pertaining to AI, crypto or NFTs. Please credit me properly when using my works.

※ Do not steal or trace my work under any circumstances. You can, however, use my work as reference or studies.

※ Do not alter the final work without my consent (including removing my watermark on artwork).

MY WORK PROCESS

To commission me, please fill out the commission form. For further discussion, please contact me through my Discord (sumiresuzunori) or send an email to [email protected]. Please be clear and concise, including all relevant and useful references/information. Make sure your references/descriptions are clear and neat. I may ask for additional references/information throughout.

After you send your commission info, and both sides reach an agreement on the content, prices and waiting time, please send me 50% of the agreed price. Once I receive your commission, your request and estimated working time will be added to the waiting list. I will share WIPs/drafts throughout the process, only moving on to the next step with the client’s approval. The client may, however, request updates at any given time throughout the drafting process. When the work is fully finished, please send me the rest of your payment, and I will only deliver the full work after the payment was made.

!!! Do not take my unfinished work at any stage to be completed by yourself or someone else without my consent. I will otherwise terminate the commission, blacklist you from commissioning me and will not refund any transaction you’ve previously made.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

※ I accept payment through PayPal, Payoneer, and Patreon for international commissions, and bank transactions for national commissions. I required 50% of the full payment before working on the commission, and 50% after the commission has been finished. I only accept real-life currency (VND and/or USD by default) as payment.

Cancellation of commission is available at any given time, and you will receive a full refund. However, this does not apply to last minute cancellations - meaning that you will only receive 50-75% of any transactions you’ve made, depending on the work progress.
In case of avoiding payments, you will be blacklisted and will be unable to commission me in the future.
